***PLEASE READ ***

I want to see a copy of the budget from CCPOA. Why can't we see it? We are the ones who pay to even allow there to be a union budget. Where is our money going? We are obviously not paying for good representation. I am now com[pletely frustrated at the fact that we don't even have an MOU for a contract like yhe other bargaining units. At what point are we as Correctional Officers going to do something. I will do what I can but I can;t do it alone.

LET THIS BE THE PLACE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. I just recieved business cards for this site so I am going to start networking that way locally. Spread the word. You men and women can come to this sight and speak your thoughts and we can plan events for action.

YOU CAN POST ON MY SITE COMPLETELY ANONYMOUSLY IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT REPRISAL. I will take the heat.

* Your co-worker tells you he/she has 8 body piercings...and none are visible.

* You make over $250,000 and still can't afford a house.

* Your child's 3rd grade teacher has purple hair, a nose ring, and is named Breeze.

* You can't remember ... is pot illegal?

* You've been to more than one baby shower that has two mothers and a sperm donor.

* A really great parking space can move you to tears.

It is very sad that Californians are filing bankrupcy at record rates. Just a quick thought I had.

Oh Fellow Californians; BLACKOUT is feeling the effects of the drab economy this month. All that I can say is that "there is too many days and not enough money this month!!!!".
