I want to see a copy of the budget from CCPOA. Why can't we see it? We are the ones who pay to even allow there to be a union budget. Where is our money going? We are obviously not paying for good representation. I am now com[pletely frustrated at the fact that we don't even have an MOU for a contract like yhe other bargaining units. At what point are we as Correctional Officers going to do something. I will do what I can but I can;t do it alone.
LET THIS BE THE PLACE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. I just recieved business cards for this site so I am going to start networking that way locally. Spread the word. You men and women can come to this sight and speak your thoughts and we can plan events for action.

Here is another major infringement upon the people of America.
This ruling is clear that we live under a Federal Dictatorship.
Very Illegal Governing.
A federal appeals court affirmed a lower court ruling Thursday, declaring City of Hazleton ordinances designed to keep illegal immigrants from living and working there unconstitutional.
Pending an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling applies also to Altoona's copycat ordinance, adopted in 2006 but - like Hazleton's - never enforced.
"[The ordinances] are pre-empted by federal immigration law and unconstitutional under the Supremacy Clause," a three-judge panel wrote. "The Supreme Court has long made clear that federal interests are paramount in the field of immigration."
Both the Hazleton and Pa.ordinances set penalties for landlords who rented to illegal immigrants and employers who hired them, requiring both to obtain documentation for prospective tenants or employees.
"It doesn't make any sense to me that municipalities can't take appropriate police actions to make [themselves] safer," Hippo said. "I don't think any of these ordinances are designed to do anything more than enforce existing law."
Hazleton officials cited increased crime and higher costs to taxpayers as a result of illegals to justify the measures, which were calculated to encourage illegals to "self-deport," Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta said in a written statement.

A must read is "Death of the West, by Pat Buchanan. Very statistical and factual as Buchanan spells out Americas demise. The cultural change is the biggie. Add to this the economic factors of such a swift cultural change, and add the imminent merging of Mexico, America and Canada," North American Union", including the new currency, "The Amero". The citizens of the states reserved the right to offer their own opinions on constitutionality, which they often considered to be every bit as valid as the Court’s. America is not governed by the Constitution, or any of the Articles of freedom. America is governed by a Plutocracy, whose laws are enforced by a para-military police state.
Recent events validating my stand:
People who think government is corrupt and should be controlled by the people face 10 years in prison and a $25,000 dollar fine if they fail to register with authorities in South Carolina, in another chilling example of how free speech and dissent is being criminalized in America.
The state’s “Subversive Activities Registration Act” is now officially on the books. THIS IS NOW LAW.
Under the sweeping terms of the law, members of tax protest organizations, the Tea Party movement and the States’ Rights movement based in South Carolina are all domestic terrorists if they fail to register their dissent with the authorities.
As we saw with the MIAC report and a plethora of similar training manuals which were leaked over the last decade, police are being trained that libertarians, gun owners, Ron Paul supporters and anyone who is mildly political is a domestic extremist and a potential terrorist – these people are the real target of the subversives list in South Carolina.
Of course, since nobody is going to register as a “subversive” with South Carolina authorities, their failure to “comply” with the regulation will later be used against them as a means of eliciting criminal charges, in what represents a clear end run around the First Amendment.

after being publicly exposed, the Department of Homeland Security took down its webpage which defined "Domestic Terrorists" as those who: support and frequently refer to the Constitution; oppose gun laws; claim that driving is a right, not a privilige; want to "police the police"; promote jury nullification, or who are "loners". The states reserved the right to amend the charters, or to revoke them -- even for no reason at all.[5]
